PHD Bathroom Remodeling was formed from years of experience of the owner working in residential construction. The owner saw there is a lack of craftsmanship and a lack of just old school service manners in our current trade standards. PHD Bathroom Remodeling wants to bring back that courtesy, that service, the craftsmanship, and a great experience that customers deserve. Yeah, everyone wants it for cheaper , but what are those customers sacrificing? These contractors now , promise customers the world but do not deliver. Here at PHD Bathroom Remodeling, we want to help each and every client, but not all clients are suitable. Our ideal customer is concerned about the longevity, the customer service, the experience, the respect we have for their home. Our customers love us so much that they end up becoming our friends.

How do we work

We initially have a phone consultation and just get to know each other and the project. We usually can give a "ball park" estimate based on the conversation. If this is suitable, and we can help our clients, we then schedule an in home visit. We then measure and take a look at conditions. We can do some inspections but lets face it, most repairs are hidden within layers that need to be deconstructed. We do give our best at a honest visual inspection and come up with a quote. If hidden damage rears its head, we address it with the client at time of finding. We then sign paperwork, acquire any deposits , schedule demolition and install, and order necessary materials. We also work with certain vendors and depending on our clients taste and style we let our clients choose all their own finishes. Once the project starts, we protect your home , and clean up at the end of every day. We take payments as work progresses, this way every stage is complete and approved by our client. Once the final stage is complete , final payment is rendered.
